Lot 53 – Blue Jazz Medium Flattened Vase

Could you play a vase? The horizontal bands of blue seem to follow the rhythm of a jazz score, translating the movement and energy of music into glass. Read from one side to the other and the Blue Jazz Medium Flattened Vase almost feels like a piece of music waiting to be played.

Freeblown glass, etched
