Dupion has a slub to it that irregular raw-silk texture that catches light unevenly and the sequins sitting on top of it give you two kinds of shine in one ribbon.

Four inches, five yards. Buy it alongside the embroidered blue velvet and sell them as a pair; a bow built from both is better than either alone.
