Green Tall Cloud

Peter considers clouds among the most beautiful things in the natural world endlessly changing, variable and fascinating. Their delicate colours, at times glorious and at others ominous, combine with infinitely metamorphic shapes and movement to create a serene or tumultuous dimension to their vaporous existence. In his Clouds collection, Peter attempts to capture this fleeting, atmospheric quality in glass, creating forms that suggest the shifting movement and changing moods of clouds. As Peter says, Attempting to convey their essence in glass is a daunting challenge and quite absurd.
