Aquarius Echo – Round

Within his Echoes of Light collection, Tim explores the interplay of colour, form, and transparency in glass, using its optical qualities to manipulate and expand light. The circular form, a universal symbol with no beginning or end, evokes notions of infinity, cycles of time, and planetary orbits.

Inspired by 1960s light projections, the pieces respond to light and perspective, with internal ellipses carefully cut and polished to enhance reflections, refractions, and shifting patterns. The forms appear suspended within the glass, creating visual echoes that expand, change, and evolve as the viewer moves around them. Tims Echoes are realised in many different patterns, including interpretations of his signature series, offering a dynamic and continually surprising exploration of light, form, and movement.
